    Okay, contact form issue solved by updating the form, the rest of the issues remain

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with Brizy. By any chance are you using Astra Pro? 

    Could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin? This will allow us to further investigate the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi Ariel, thanks for letting me know. Just to confirm, I should deactivate and delete both Brizy and Brizy Pro and then re-add the plugins?

    That's correct. Deactivating and deleting both Brizy and Brizy Pro, then re-adding them, is the best way to ensure a clean installation.
