Brizy Pro editor not loading
Hi
I've cleared cache and made sure I have the latest Brizy Pro Plugin (v2.5.1) but the editor does not load as per screenshot below.
Can you please create a support ticket.

Thank you,
Chris

Hi Christopher,
Thank you for reaching out to us
Have you already tried to isolate this issue by disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if this is coming from a conflict? Did you also try using another theme?
If you've already done these steps, could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin details? This will allow us to further check the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Hi Chris,
I apologize for the delay.
Upon checking, your pages are editable, as demonstrated in this screencast: https://youtu.be/xIRjeyKMsUI
To resolve the issue, please try editing your pages in incognito mode or using a different browser.
Let me know if this helps!
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
Thanks for your help, I tried a different browser and cleared cache and now allows me to access the Brizy Editor. Thank you! My next issue, however, is that the menu hamburger in mobile mode does not work.
From desktop is all fine, when I click on the mobile icon within the builder to see the mobile preview, it works, but it does not at all when accessing from mobile.
Also, the global footer from all of my pages has disappeared from my website (desktop / tablet / mobile modes) but it appears in Brizy Builder. Can you help me with this as well please.
Thanks very much for your support.
Kind regards,
Chris

Hi Chris,
My apologies for the inconvenience.
We've received similar reports recently and have already reported the issue to our Dev Team for further investigation. We'll update you as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, you might try rolling back to previous versions of Brizy to see if that resolves the issue. Please make sure to take a full backup of your website first, then download the following versions:
- Brizy 2.5.2: https://jmp.sh/2bXHLvAZ
- Brizy Pro 2.5.1: https://jmp.sh/s29vW87tTo roll back, follow these steps:
1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro.
2. Deactivate and delete Brizy.
3. In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and upload Brizy 2.5.2.
4. Repeat the same for Brizy Pro 2.5.1.If the menu element doesn't work, try making a minor change to the global header (e.g., increase padding by 1 pixel). Then, hit the update button to save your changes and preview your site to see if this fixes the issue. You can revert your changes if necessary and hit update again.
Best regards,
