    Hi Adhitya,

We are willing to submit a request to Indonesia's Ministry of Communications and Informatics if it is helpful. Submitting an electronic request alone may not result in a response from the government. You may need to follow up with Ministry of Communications and Informatics through your local access. At the moment, the URL appears unreachable.

You are right: the misuse of the free Brzy Cloud plan resulted in improper content in Cloud websites. To prevent misuse, we have now stopped offering the free plan.

I have try access this site https://trustpositif.kominfo.go.id/normalisasi

Please try to access with another connection.
After brizy team submitting data, please inform me about "nomor aduan". I will try reach out some people on this department for tracking and unblocking brizy.site

In another idea, may be brizy need to adding new custom domain, and not using brizy.site again. For example brizy.live, brizy.life, brizy.vip or etc. I have already check this domain is available and ready too...

    Hi Adhitya,

    Thank you for the update.

I’m trying to access this URL from the Philippines, but it isn’t loading here either.

It’s likely that the website is only accessible in your country.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Adhitya,

    Thank you for the update.

I wish I could offer more guidance, but unfortunately, we don't have detailed instructions on how to proceed with this. It may be helpful to contact your ISP for more information. You can ask if it's possible to whitelist *.brizy.site in your country.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Adhitya,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

It seems the requirement here is to ensure that your domain name remains active and that you continue renewing it in the future. Additionally, I recommend disabling domain privacy if it’s currently enabled. This will allow your name to appear as the registered owner when someone looks up your domain using https://who.is/whois. For added privacy, you may also want to update the email address listed in the WHOIS record to avoid exposing your business email, which could help protect it from potential spam.

For more accurate information, I also recommend reaching out to the Ministry of Communication and Informatics.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I raised this concern about a year ago, and it is still not resolved. The idea of using multiple IP numbers on the server has been discussed, but the Brizy team seems reluctant to pursue this option.

Unfortunately, I have multiple Brizy cloud sites that I can no longer use in Indonesian territory, and this issue is not affecting me alone.

I am still waiting for Brizy to provide a positive resolution to this issue.

    Regards,

    Hi Kurnia,

Unfortunately we do not have an update on this issue.

Have you explored the possibility of publishing your websites using Server Sync? For instance, a Brizy Cloud website https://restaurant-1.brizy.site/ is published to the URL https://www.serversync.brizy.online/ using the Server Sync publishing option. Have a look at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync for the procedure

https://reck.app/ is a Brizy Cloud website published on Cloudflare using the 3rd Party Free hosting option. You can read more about it at https://www.brizy.io/introducing-3rd-party-free-hosting-netlify-render-fast-io-vercel. If these providers are allowed in Indonesia, kindly also consider this option
