    Hi Gerald,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you please check if you can replicate the issue after disabling all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro? There might be a conflict with another plugin causing this issue. Also, ensure that your PHP version is updated to PHP 8.0 or higher.

    Additionally, kindly request your hosting provider to update the following on your server:
    - upload_max_size: 64M
    - post_max_size: 128M
    - max_execution_time: 600
    - memory_limit: 512M

    If you have access to cPanel, you can follow the steps in this guide https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/php-maximum-upload-size to update these settings on your own.

    Please try these steps and let me know the outcome.

    We tried to replicate the issue you reported; however, we can't reproduce it from our end, as demonstrated in these following screenshots.

    Could you please try clearing your browser cache or try using another browser and see if this helps resolve the issue?
