Server Sync technical requirements
I have tried to use Server Sync on a VPS I own but it didn't work.
I tried it on a NameCheap shared hosting account and it worked.
My VPS is using Ubuntu 20.04 OS, openLitespeed (not sure of the version) and PHP 8.3.
NameCheap is using CloudLinux OS, Litespeed 6.2.2 and PHP 7.4.
Please let me know specifically what technical/software requirements are necessary for Server Sync to work, and why it wouldn't work with my VPS, but it would with my shared hosting account.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for the details regarding your setup. Since Server Sync works on your NameCheap shared hosting account but not on your Ubuntu 20.04 VPS, it suggests that the issue may be related to specific configurations or software environments on your VPS.
The best way to address this issue is to contact your VPS provider for support. They will have access to the server logs and can provide guidance on configuring your Ubuntu VPS environment. They might also help troubleshoot any compatibility issues related to your current setup. Differences in operating systems, web server versions, and PHP versions can contribute to the problem. Ensuring that your VPS environment closely matches or is compatible with the shared hosting configuration might resolve the issue.

Ariel, I would greatly appreciate it if you could please give me the exact minimum technical/software requirements necessary for Server Sync to work. It kind of makes no sense to troubleshoot without this vital information. I can not completely reconfigure my VPS from one operating system to another. But if I knew the exact minimum technical/software requirements I might be able to start over with a new VPS and configure it the right way going forward. I'm not going to just assume it will work if I match the shared hosting configuration, and I may not be able to match the configuration exactly, so I still need the information I'm requesting. By the way this is a rather urgent need for me so I'd appreciate a quick response please. Thank you.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for the update.
While we don't have this specifically documented, it should function on a server with at least PHP 7.4 or higher, along with a minimum of 256M of RAM (or higher for best results) and proper file permissions. You may refer to this link for detailed information: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.
