trigger popup only once - not working

    The popup comes after 20 seconds.  After I close it, and navigate to another page it will come up again.

    I tried it again, this time using Firefox, unfortunately I am unable to replicate the issue as demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/4R9YoCySAiQ

    The problem you are experiencing might be connected to hard caching in your browser. I recommend clearing your browser cache or testing your website from a different computer.

    Please give this a try and inform me of the outcome.

    Hi

    Please wait 21 seconds, and after the popup will appear.  If you navigate to another page within 21 seconds, the timer reset. But if you wait another 21 seconds on the new page the popup will appear again. This is annoying for the visitors. 

    I think the popup was worked (before V2.5) as you try to present to me,  but now everytime comes up after X seconds.  

    Sorry for my english, I hope you understand my description.

    Thank you for your cooperation. Unfortunately, this issue is still ongoing, and it may take some time to address. I have heard that there is an upcoming update to resolve this issue; however, we do not have an exact date for the rollout yet.
