Suddenly wordpress menu has disappeared and is not re-appearing...

Hello team,

Our website vucaware.com using wordpress brizy pro plugin was all fine working since 2023. Recently we checked and noticed both the header and footer menu is not visible now.

Already did cleaning of cache, purging cache, toggling of themes and more. So far no success.

Also disconnected Brizy Pro license and reconnected but no difference.

Appreciate your guidance.

  Please refer to the steps suggested on this support thread and see if they help. Ensure that you are using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro. You can find instructions at the bottom of this thread that we provided to address the issue. Please proceed directly to Step 3 if you have already installed the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.

  If the issue continues, please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

  Hello team,

  Now i just discovered this is happening to two more websites using Brizy WordPress Pro plugin.

  Same issue is seen with the following two websites:

  - drshahidwellness.com

  - wpenabled.com

  All 3 websites are using different themes.
