Issue with all issues - Request for Refund
I’m having an issue with the footer on poznajmotyle.pl. Before your update, it wasn’t displayed along with the header. I managed to fix the header, but the footer is a nightmare—it doesn't show up on the homepage, and on other pages, it appears twice. Honestly, after all these struggles, I’ve had enough of Brizy. How can I file a claim for a refund? I want to stop using it. It’s just bugs, problems, and unnecessary time spent on it.

You had purchased the Freelancer WordPress plan on April 26, 2024. Refunds are available for yearly plans only up to 30 days from the date of purchase, as stated in our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions. Since you have exceeded the 30-day period, you are not entitled for a refund.
On the homepage of poznajmotyle.pl, the header and footer are being displayed correctly. I see the design at https://jmp.sh/KtBsux90 when visiting the website. We can help you fix the issue with two footers on pages other than homepage if you give us access to your WordPress Dashboard.
