Brizy Editor is not opening

Hello,

I am very old Brizy subscriber having Brizy WordPress Life Time Deal from year 2018 and using Brizy WP plugin for all my client's websites. 

Anyway, Now I am facing issue with one of my client's site. i.e. https://pathozyme.com

I want to edit some pages and I noticed that Brizy Editor is not opening. So I am unable to edit the website.

I also checked with my other site's Brizy Editor and those are working superfine. 

I request you to please check this immediately and resolve the issue as early as possible.

  Hi Chetan,

  Are you using the Wordfence Security plugin in your WordPress Dashboard? If you are, please follow these steps and see if this will help resolve the issue with saving changes to your project.

  • In your WordPress Dashboard under WordFence - All Option , navigate to "Firewall Options" 
  • Enable Learning Mode - https://jmp.sh/dXzpSFmk
  • Return to your Brizy page, make some minor changes, and then update the page
  • Once done, return to the WordFence settings and re-enable the "Enabled and Protecting" mode

  If you are not using Wordfence, kindly give us access to your WordPress Dashboard and we will take a look. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

  Hi Chetan,

  There was a missing Brizy file in your Brizy plugin folder. I have deleted and reinstalled Brizy and now the pages are editable. Please check

  Let me know which plugin was having problem ? Brizy FREE or PRO ?

  The missing file was from Brizy free version.
