    Hi Soon,

    A DNS look up of your domain http://icount-ms.com/ also shows that you have not added an A Record. Kindly visit the URL https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php?query=icount-ms.com%2F&rtype=A and click on the "Lookup DNS" button to do a DNS lookup of your domain.

    Looks like you have registered your domain with crazydomains.com. Kindly check if you have saved the A Record you have added.

    Thank you. I've see that the A record is there now but the site is still down. Brizy is already showing connected.

    Your Brizy PRO Lifetime subscription gives you access to  Pro elements in the Brizy Editor. However custom domain publishing is not included in this complimentary offer. You can read more about it here What happens with my Brizy Cloud plan after the 2 free years included in the LTD I have?

    To auto generate SSL certificate for your custom domain, we needed to delete the custom domain and add it again. When removing and adding the custom domain again to your website, we have noticed that you do not have a Brizy Cloud Pro plan which gives you access to custom domains.

    Kindly consider publishing your website using these alternate publishing options. You can then connect your custom domain to your website. 

    1. Publish your website using Netlify, Render, or Vercel: Have a look at these articles for the procedure

    2. Publish your website using Server Sync. 

    3. Publish using the Export HTML option

    Hi George,

    I realized that the purchase is for lifetime pro plan with unlimited WP. 
    Can you please help in changing this plan to either Appsumo Tier 1 or Tier 2 plan with just Brizy Cloud. I do not use the Brizy Wordpress plugin. I just need around 3-5 websites on Brizy Cloud. 

    I would appreciate if this can be done.
