Form on brizy integrated Wordpress site says Email not sent
I have set up a contact form on my website and it was working fine, now it shows a red bar with email not sent.
My brizy build is up to date as well as my Wordpress, I was using the gmail set up, and have followed the instructions on this article but no success.

I also tried changing the settings to wordpress, received an email sent message but no email arrived anywhere.
I have read similar articles with the same issues but still no resolve,
please if anyone can help please do

Could you please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin page to inspect the issue. We kindly ask you to add us as an Admin user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Hi Ive added you as an admin details should be sent through by Wordpress

just some additional information. ive discovered that messages from the contact form are going into the brizy leads section on the Wordpress side menu, even when the email not sent message is displayed

Thank you for the update.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the credentials. Could you please resend them following the steps outlined in my previous reply?
In the meantime, please trye to duplicate the form and reconfigure it. This approach has proven successful for some users experiencing the same issue.
