Could not Create Global Block

Hi again.

I tried to make global block again.

But still it doesn’t work.

 

Now I temped this file when I tried to make it.

And also I can’t update these days.
Please help me.

  I attempted to access your site's admin page, but it seems that I am blocked. Could you please temporarily disable your security plugin or firewall, or check if you can allow access from this IP: 136.158.11.132?

  Upon checking, the header and footer seem to be functioning correctly except for those two pages in the middle of your menu - https://youtu.be/uCI5J2UuWZQ. Kindly confirm if this is the same situation on your end by clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser.
