"This page needs a refresh" pop up

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with saving my edits. Each time when I try to save them, this pop up shows up. I have the problem on multiple sites. I have tried to fix it in multiple ways but nothing seems to work...

Can someone help me? This is what I already tried;

• Cleaned Cache (With Plug in)
• Cleaned Database (With Plug in)
• Made sure theme and brizy were all up-to-date
• Re-installed the latest wordpress update
• Upgraded the php memory limit
• Cleaned my website (deleted images and pages I didn't use anymore

  The issue appears to be coming from WordFence. Setting it to Learning mode for a few days to monitor your actions should resolve the issue.
