  Upon checking with the team, it looks like you have not added the Brizy DNS to your domain, please make sure to follow this article [Custom domain (A Record Redirect) – Brizy Help Center] to add the Brizy DNS to your domain. 

  Please take note that when you want to link a custom domain to Brizy cloud project, you need to:

  1. Delete all existing A record and then add Brizy A record - 34.237.48.210
  2. You need to add the Brizy CNAME, the CNAME will will provided under publish option:
  3. 
  4. You need to remove all AAAA records.

  Once you are done with it, please drop me an update so that we can install the SSL on your site.
