Still can't publish changes to the website

Hello,

I'm still not able to update the changes on my website, despite turning off Wordfence as suggested by a member of your team.

I am also facing the issue where both my header and footer of my website aren't showing up anymore (I'm guessing the issue lies in the fact that they're both global elements?).

Kindly suggest a way to get around the problem at the moment?

Also an ETA on the fix would be greatly appreciated.
