Reorder Block thumbnails are not loading

Reorder blocks thumbnails on the left pane are not loading. Ive already tried to disable and enable plugins, disable security and optimization plugins but nothing seems to make those thumbnails appear. So for now its a pain to move blocks around since you have to "guess" which block you´re moving
