Video Elememnt
I see YouTube and Vimeo as options in the video element, but many content creators are now using Rumble (e.g. Russel Brand, et al.)... Without having a Rumble option, it limits what can be done on membership sites, among other things (I can't use ACF with templates for a membership site, and also for a membership site, I have to use the blog excerpt as a "block" in order to show the free embedded Rumble video and restrict the blog content in order to show the customer-only embedded Rumble video...) this works but it's not ideal... it'd be a lot better if you added a Rumble option to the video element...

Hi Daniel,
You are right; Brizy Video element does not have a Rumble option along with YouTube and Vimeo. I will make a request to make this option available.
However, it is possible to embed a Rumble video to a Brizy page. Kindly have a look at the Rumble video embedded to https://brizy.tech/rumble-video/ Please follow these steps
- Locate the .MP4 path to the video from the video page by accessing Chrome DevTools.
- Edit the HTML of the page element and copy the video path
- Drag the Brizy Video element to a page and select "URL" Video Type and paste the .MP4 path in the 'Link' filed.
- You can also download the video thumbnail by pasting the video URL at https://hdstockimages.com/rumble-video-thumbail-downloader/ and upload it as a cover image for the video.
For more detailed instructions, kindly watch the screen recording at https://jmp.sh/7Hbj7CAr

Thank you. This works for individual posts and pages, but it's not sufficient for using ACF on blog templates because it won't dynamically load the video thumbnail... Adding the Rumble option to the video element would be fantastic and I think helpful to many other users (if not now, soon, as Rumble is growing fast)
Also, this post (https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/19822911290514-Video-Elememnt) along with another one I recently posted (https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/19823026219794-WooCommerce-for-membership-website) is not displaying under "My Requests" (see attached screenshot)—only old requests are displaying. I can find these new ones under "Following," but not requests...

Hi Daniel,
If you have added custom fields to blog posts using ACF, you can display Rumble videos as part of your blog post template dynamically. Kindly have a look at two blog posts where I have added Rumble videos using ACF and Brizy dynamically
- https://brizy.tech/how-to-style-a-console-table/
- https://brizy.tech/the-yinki-ilori-colour-explosion/
For the procedure to add a Rumbel video with a cover image to your blog posts using ACF dynamically, kindly watch this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/Zlqi71es
When you are in the Brizy Support Forum, under your profile, click on "My Activities" and then select "Contributions" tab at the top to see the posts you have added. You can also visit https://support.brizy.io/hc/contributions/posts?locale=en-us

That worked... it'd still be great to have Rumble as an option in the video element because it'd eliminate the need to upload the thumbnail image in each blog post... but this works for now and I appreciate the workaround!

Hi Daniel,
Even for Vimeo and YouTube videos, a thumbnail image must be added for each video. Let's say the 'Rumble' option gets added to the Video element along with YouTube and Vimeo; how would it get rid of the need for thumbnail images to be added to each blog post?

KC,
I mean for YouTube you can just use the URL function (leaving the thumbnail blank) and the YouTube video will display that video's original thumbnail... using the URL function workaround for Rumble, it'll load the Rumble video but it won't display that Rumble video's default thumbnail... Same goes for the ACF in blog videos... YouTube doesn't need the ACF image field, just the URL field, whereas the Rumble video requires both the URL and the image fields...
Screenshot: the top video is YouTube (no thumbnail selected), the bottom one is Rumble (no thumbnail selected)... again, not a huge deal but an extra step nonetheless...
