Site refusing to load on Apple devices
Back again concerning https://westpamoldpros.com. We have narrowed it down to just refusing to load on Apple iPhones and likely only in some areas of the country. It has been suggested that a recent insertion of a Google Tag Manager could have triggered this event. Does this sound feasible?

This post on your forum is EXACTLY what my client is experiencing, and I don't see that anyone from your side answered him.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for contacting us.
I want to inform you that I am currently able to load your website without any issues.

Regarding the ticket you mentioned, it was handled internally. We provided troubleshooting steps to test the website with Brizy and Brizy Pro disabled to see if they could successfully load their website. However, we did not receive any further correspondence after that.
If you have any additional details that could help us with this issue, please feel free to send them to us. It might be helpful to know which type of iPhone device they were using and the version of their iOS.
Best regards,

With the help of my very techy brother, who has an iPhone 12 and was in the affected region (it appeared to be limited to just certain regions), we were able to eventually determine that it was Forminator Pro that was causing the conflict. My apologies for bothering you, but I could not replicate the issue either and it was driving me a bit batty.
