NO SUPPORT

I sent an email asking for assistance.  I was wanting clarification so that I could know and understand how to sign up for the AI website builder using the promotion code PH50FOREVER and of course no bothered to reply to my email.  

I am really disappointed.  Maybe I should be asking if anyone else has encountered the same problem.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find any previous emails from this email account. Is it possible that you used a different email address which I can check for you?

    Regarding the promo code, I regret to inform you that it is only valid for a single day and exclusively applicable to new subscribers who are availing Brizy Cloud plans. This promotion aims to attract new users to Brizy and highlight the AI builder feature.

    So because Brizy has problem's with their system I miss out.  

    I did reply to the email reply I got.... but who know's if you actually got it. Right?

    No, this is helpful at all.  
     
    I could have taken advantage of the Promotion but Brizy chose not to provide any support.  I attach a copy of the email that was resent request support. 
     
    If there is a problem with your system I don't think I should be penalized.  But perhaps you don't want my business.  Maybe I should do a Poll on Social media to see who agrees with me.
     
    I'm not happy.

    Could I please have some assistance.
     
    I Have the Freenalancer lifetime subscription.  Does the freelancer subscription allow me to access AI Website Builder. Screen shot attached says I need a Pro Account and the Freelance is a Pro Account.
     
    I keep getting run around in circles

    The above email was sent to hello@brizy.io. The correct email address for receiving support from Brizy is support@brizy.io. Because of the incorrect email address, your request for assistance could not get into our Help Desk system and hence the delay.

     

    Brizy AI builder is currently launched only for Brizy Cloud users. Brizy WordPress users will also have access to the AI Builder in the future. Unfortunately you will have to wait until we launch the AI builder for WordPress. You are a Brizy Cloud free user, which is why you received a notification stating that you require a Pro account.

    We had launched the Brizy AI builder at ProductHunt on April 29, 2024. There was an option to buy one of the currently available Brizy Cloud packages with the coupon code PH50FOREVER for 24 hours on this day. If you had sent us a request for buying a Brizy Cloud subscription on this day, please send us a copy of your request. We will do the needful
