Carousel not rendering correctly on tablet 990px > 767px

Hi, upon testing my site i've noticed that the carousel element doesn't render correctly between 990px and 767px.

It shows correctly at 991px and only that.

Please can you take a look urgently.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  It seems that the issue is related to the optimizations that have been applied to your website. To confirm this, could you please try temporarily disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and see if it makes a difference?

  Hi Ariel,

  Appreciate you getting back to me. I disabled the lightspeed plugin and the problem still appears. Tested in incognito.

  Can you replicate this your end?

  I am unable to determine what is causing the issue, so I decided to rebuild the carousel on a test page: https://retrofitted-campervans.co.uk/test/
