Lighbox and image setting stopped working suddenly

Hey, guys.

I am experiencing a problem with featured images. I have a woocommerce site powered by a combination of Brizy Pro and Blocksy (https://www.medicaldevicetrade.com). For the store, I use a basic product template created in Brizy.

 

Until recently, clicking on the product image opens it in a lightbox with the option to close it. In the Brizy editor, you could click on the image and edit the parameters.

 

But something happened and the images don't open in the lightbox anymore. I have to refresh or go back to close it. In Brizy editor when I click on the image it doesn't show the settings, but the image opens in the same faulty way as on the live page.

 

Any ideas about what could be wrong, please?

  Hi Pavol,

  The lightbox feature should ideally work well on a product page setup using Brizy Template and the Blocksy theme. Kindly have a look at any product listed at https://brizy.tech/shop/ You can see that the lightbox feature works fine. 

  To investigate why it does not work at your end, we will need access to your WordPress Dashboard. IF you want us to take a look, kindly add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

  Hi Pavol,

  The Lightbox option in your theme was disabled. I have enabled it in your WordPress Dashboard under Appearance - Customize - Single Product - Product Gallery. Kindly check your product pages again.

  Hi KC George,

  thank you very much. It is working fine now. How can Lightbox get disabled on its own? Was it caused by Blocksy update?
