Form - YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT

Contact form at

https://www.claybustersmn.com/

is setup correctly, but will not complete the form, nor send an email.

Everytime we get the error. "YOUR EMAIL WAS NOT SENT" Further, when checking leads, nothing is posted to the leads.

  Hi Todd,

  I have tested your form at https://www.claybustersmn.com/ and I saw the message "Your email was sent successfully"

  

   

  I also received an email notification from the form. Kindly check if you have received the same email .

  

  You can also find the Contact Form leads by clicking on 'Leads' in the project thumbnail

  Hello, can you please take a look at my contact form?

  I'm using email via WP, 

  It says "email was not sent" each and every time. The leads are being captured.

  Can you please figure it out?
