Hi, I know that Brizy Cloud doesn't work with Cloudflare proxy option but are you planning to implement this anytime?

It speeds up a lot WP sites. And I wish it could help with cloud

  Hi Jean-Pierre,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Brizy Cloud currently use A record redirect. As a result, we recommend disabling the proxy status in the DNS when using Cloudflare. While we understand the benefits of Cloudflare’s proxy option in speeding up websites, for now this specific configuration is not currently supported by Brizy Cloud.

We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future updates. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

  Kind regards,
  Ariel H.

Hi, could you please confirm that this is still correct after 2 years? That if using Cloudflare, that the Brizy Cloud DNS records should have proxy status disabled (DNS only) ?

  Hi Eva,

Yes, that is still correct. Nothing has changed, if you’re using Cloudflare with Brizy Cloud, the Brizy Cloud DNS records should have the proxy status set to DNS only (proxy disabled).

  Best regards,
  Ariel H.
