Publisher problem

Hello
The problem of the editor  has started again. it runs and doesn't charge. You cannot modify the pages. I already have it on another site. I have 2 sites that have this problem with the plugin. Can I send the accesses for you to take a look at?

  Before providing your credentials, it would be helpful if you could create a brief screencast illustrating the issue. This will allow us to effectively reproduce the issue you are facing and possibly offer a solution.
