Hello!

I am attempting to edit my website however, when I do, it asks me to upgrade to a Pro account to use some of the elements. I have a Pro account and I have done for about a year. 

Please could you look into this.

  It's likely that Brizy Pro hasn't been activated yet. In such a scenario, please follow the steps outlined in this link:
