PRO plan doesn't work

Hi i bought yesterday a PRO plan personal but seems that it doesn't work since my project are created as FREE and not PRO

  Hi Alberto,

  You can create one PRO project and unlimited number of FREE projects with your subscription package. A project's status is indicated as FREE or PRO by the PRO and FREE labels on your project thumbnail. Project #2 is a PRO project and Project #3 is FREE project in your account.

  

  You can convert a FREE project to PRO and vice versa by accessing the 'Activate' and 'Downgrade' options in your project thumbnail.

  It still doesn't work, whenever I press the activate button it gets me the attached image below and then when I press activate it tells me I have to pay to get the pro plan (which I already did before). I also haven't used a single pro license yet.

  I tested the "Activate PRO" feature in one of your projects and it appears working. Kindly have a look at https://jmp.sh/97EtwmsI What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are facing? 

  PS: After you have watched the above screen recording, if you want us to delete it, please let us know. We will do it.

  I went from 2 licenses to 0 and none are active
