Autoresponder Confirmation Subscription for Get Response

On my webiste bluethrack.com i have connected GetResponse throug APi for the lead generation campain.
I need to set the autoresponder to arrive at the moment of the subscription of a lead, so can have a track and eventually unuscribed. Is all active and the autoresponder si correct on the list i want, but the receiver (me in this case with my own email test) i don't receive anything either spam or any mail.
However i opened severla tickets and they cannot assist me in this as they say it doesn't depend on them.
This is the last chat:

As I see, your API integration adds contacts to the list, but it does not assign them an autoresponder day. Contacts that don't have an autoresponder day value are not in the autoresponder cycle, meaning no autoresponder are being sent to them. Please review the settings of your API integration outside of GetResponse and ensure that the option to add contacts to day 0 of the autoresponder cycle is configured.
- do i cxl api and set it again? how this changes the fact that i did set 0 but still doesn't take it

I would suggest contacting brizy direcrly to ensure they add contacts with an autoresponder day value of 0, or checking the settings you have there.

Since we're not the developers of the brizy integration, we can't tell for sure. You may try reconnecting it or adjusting the settings. On rare occasions 3rd party developers design their integrations to not add people to autoresponder cycle intentionally, in that case the only way is to contact the developer of the brizy integration to have that changed."
I add also the picture from my dashboard and the settings are correct at "0" days after subscription, but it's not ctually taken and active in the real terms of the word".

Could you please try duplicating the form or creating it on another page, and then reconfigure it to see if that makes any difference?

you mean the registration form? I will do it, however i have 2 forms in 2 landing pages. All with the same problema and the same api key.

However it doesn't say anything about the contact recevinv an email which is what i want, as the thank you page is already created. Plus is not very understable, I would need a step by step with clear instructions guide explaining what is it talking about as the verbal terms might be ambigues and clearly can be interpreted on a personal level, which is not successful.
Be back on you with the duplication of the form.

unfortunately it doesn't work, however do you suggest mailchimp? is it faster? I actually got Get response as on my startup builder told me you had an issue at the moment with Mailchimp
In the past I used it and seamed pretty easy and intuitive.
Maybe I spend less time on changing mail provider, than solving this situation.

Hi Irina,
While Brizy Form's API integration with GetResponse adds contacts to your subscriber database; it does not set auto responder for the specific contact; it is not included as part of Brizy's API integration with GetResponse.
Please consider creating your opt-in form using the GetResponse Form builder. After that, you can use the Brizy Embed element to embed the GetResponse form on a Brizy page. An autoresponder tool available in GetResponse can be set up for a subscriber list. Please contact their support to find out if their autoresponder will work if you add contacts using their embed form.
