    Hi Edoardo,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're facing difficulties with this issue.
Could you kindly provide us with the Project Name and Preview URL of your project in the Brizy Cloud Dashboard?

I am looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Edoardo,

The GetResponse support agent is right that you cannot turn on autoresponder in GetResponse for API integrations. However if you are adding subscribers to a specific Contact List in GetResponse, through a Brizy Form, you can turn on the AutoResponder for of the specific Contact List. Please follow the procedure in this tutorial. How to Create an Autoresponder in GetResponse | Tutorial 2022 While you setup an autoresponder, please select the Contact List you are adding contacts using the Brizy form. This is explained in the tutorial at around 0:52 seconds.

Hi thank you. I’ve made all this. But the thing I was asking for is if there is a way, once we receive a new email on our list of Getresponse from our brizy LP, to send our autoresponder to the new client in an auotmatic way, whitout going to the list all the time and checking if there is a new contact, select it and send the autoresponder. I think they are called autoresponder because they can be sent whitout my action all time

    Hi Edoardo,

Yes; when you follow the procedure outlined in the above GetResponse tutorial and setup an autoresponder, it will automatically send out an email based on the rules and content you have set in the autoresponder each time a new user gets added to the Contact List chosen for the autoresponder.

You stated "I think they are called autoresponder because they can be sent without your action every time" That's right. The GetResponse autoresponder is meant to send emails automatically based on the rules you've specified.

Feel free to check with the GetResponse Support team about their AutoResponder

Yes; I saw this response from GetResponse and have also replied to you about their response. To elicit a different response from them, you may need to ask a different question.

You could ask them how their Auto Responder works (without making references to APIs) and when a new user gets added to your list in Getresponse from a Landing Page, will the new user receive the autoresponder email? You could also provide the link to their tutorial video so that they know what you are asking about.

Sir, as the team of Getresponse said, I was very clear on asking why the message, once we receive the email of the client, is not sent automatically. Fort the automatization they told me to check the settings on the brizy side. What am I supposed to ask after that answer ? It’s very clear

The clearly said that it’s not possible to do it when the LP is created in a system different from the one the suggest. To use GetResponse on my LP made on Brizy I need to connect it with API, and when you use api they told me that I can make the autoresponder automatic only on the brizy settings

    Hi Edoardo,

If this is confirmed, please consider the option of embedding a GetResponse form to your Brizy page. You can read more about creating a form here https://www.getresponse.com/help/how-do-i-create-a-form-in-legacy-editor.html

    Hi Edoardo,

Since GetResponse depends on the third party platform to add contacts to their auto responder day of cycles, API implementation is not ideal for you. Please consider embedding a GetResponse form as I have suggested above.

Ok thank you, but it doesn’t explain if it’s possible to insert the new form in Brizy or how I can do it. I think I need to do it whit the html code made by Getresponse and paste it in the code setting, precisely in the footer right ?

    Hi Edoardo,

You can paste the GetResponse Embedded form code into a Brizy page using the Embed element

    Hi Edoardo,

Make sure you have completed these three steps.

    1. Specify the page URL where you are embedding the form

    2. Paste the 'Get Web Connect' code in the header section of your website

    3. Embed form code on a Brizy page using the Embed element

For more detailed instructions, please watch this screen recording https://jmp.sh/Q63Psyo4 You can see my test page here https://restaurant1.brizy.site/en/contact

In addition to what you mentioned above, I also took the following actions to get the auto responder to work with the GetResponse Embed form.

    1. Access the Forms and Popups editor by navigating to https://app.getresponse.com/popups and click on the name of the form.
    2. Click “Edit design” to make adjustments to the form’s settings.
    3. Within the popup form, click on the Submit button and expand the 'Subscription settings' to review the configuration options.
    4. Ensure that the “Send an opt-in confirmation email” option is enabled to trigger the autoresponder email.

If the option is already enabled, verify the contact’s status and list association to ensure the autoresponder settings are correctly aligned with the subscriber’s details.

    • Additionally, check if the form is linked to the appropriate autoresponder cycle and that the settings for existing contacts are configured to trigger the autoresponder email."

Thanks a lot George. You have a great customer care

    Irina
