Bug - Text edit option

When I edit the text in Brizy and copy-paste it from Notepad, it does not save. Neither the texts from the icon box nor the others are saved. If I duplicate an element and then edit it, it does not save

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It seems that the issue you're experiencing may be due to a conflict. Have you attempted to disable all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if the issue persists? If you've already done this, and it hasn't made a difference, I recommend temporarily switching to another theme to see if that resolves the problem.

    Please give these steps a try and let me know the outcome.

    Deci, iau textul din notepad cu copy paste si il pun in elementele duplicate deja. 
    Nu salveaza nici elementele duplicate, raman acelasi titluri si nici textul copiat si lipit.

    Nici lista bullet nu mi o salveaza. Ii dau lista bullet si nu salveaza. ramane tot text.

    Hi Terra,

    I could not reproduce the issue you are facing. I am able to add text to your product page and it shows in preview. Please see my test at https://jmp.sh/2zstKyg3

    Please sign into your WordPress Dashboard from a private (incognito) window of your browser and check if the issue persists. You could also try using a different browser and check if you are able to edit texts.

    Copy from notepad to website. 
    Edit Titles.
    Save work and see if it is saved

    In preview I can see it too. 
    But after I save nothing is saved

    Doin't look at the preview. Save product - go do dashboard - and see if everyting is saved, please.

    Sunt 100% sigur ca problema este de la voi. Am facut duplicate la primul produs si am editat textele din pagina de produs. La unele s-a schimbat descrierea dar nu la toate. Doar partial.
    Si am facut exact aceleasi operatii. 
    Va rog sa ma ajutati ca e urgenta treaba. Multumesc

    Yes, but i have alot of products to create and it's a waste of time for me. 
    Anyway works sometimes but not all the times... and I need to verify if the product descripritions is changed. More time waste ...

    Hi Terra,

    If you have more than 10 products and you want to avoid the text editing issues, adding product details in the WooCommerce Product Description Rich Text Editor and displaying it as dynamic content using a Brizy Product Template would be an option.

    Your current approach to editing the product pages using Brizy allows you higher flexibility to present your product details in a more organized manner. The WooCommerce Rich Text Editor has less design elements to present product specifications and it would be challenging to achieve the current design.

    Yes. I know that I can do that. But I don't want to. I never had issues with Copy-Paste before with your module. I don't want to use brizy template because it will affect (in a negative manner) loading speed of the website (I'm using header and footer from Blocksy and I use Brizy to edit content)
    I want that the long description to look like the one that I have on my first product. It is possbile to create a template and paste the text on the reach editor and use this template to display it as it is? I don't think so. 

    So .. it's a problem and it need to be fixed soon. Please :)

    Hi Terra,

    This looks like a bug with Brizy. I have reported it and we will work on fixing it. In the meantime, please use this workaround to setup all other products. https://jmp.sh/BMnHTujk

    Hi Terra,

    The bug fix task is added to 3000-5,000 tasks in the development pipeline. Every development task is completed in accordance with its designated priority. Eventually, we'll work on this bug fix as well. It could take a few weeks or months from the time a bug enters the development pipeline until we begin working on it. Once we develop a fix, it then gets released along with other fixes as part of a future Brizy update.

    yes, but this is very important. All users are using Copy Paste to get the content to their website, no?
    I tried to use older versions of brizy and I had the same problem...

    Also - download file (pdf) button doesn't work with saved blocks... 
    I believe that all this problems are huge and I'm reevaluating my decision to use Brizy as editor....
