Missing header and footer

Hello Team,

I have just noticed that our page is missing header and footer. I have checked all the setting, everything looks fine, but they are gone. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This is likely due to a conflict, please try the following steps and see if they will help:

  1. Please update Brizy and Brizy Pro to the most recent versions - https://prnt.sc/HSuwIS9MDf2_
  2. Also check that the page template is set to Brizy Template - https://prnt.sc/MSHNvnDoxnY0
  3. If this didn't help, try deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
  4. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.
  5. Also, check that you have PHP version 8 or higher on your server.

  Please try this and let me know how it goes.

  Hello, 

  I have just noticed that our page is missing header on 2 projects: cesu.cz and ceskobudoucnosti.cz

  I have checked both admins, I can see header at both of them, but on live internet pages I do not see the header at both of them. 

  Any advice?

  Hello Brizy ABSOLVENTI

  Make a minor change to the global header (for example, increasing the padding by one pixel), then click the "Update" button at the bottom right corner to save your work and see if that fixes the problem.

  If this does not help, we will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot the issue.

  I increased padding by more pixels, Updated the page and saved, but it did not help.

  Please have a look at it.

  I am sorry for my previous comment. I assumed that your websites are developed using WordPress. For Brizy Cloud websites, you don't need to provide us access.

  We have fixed the issue with the global header for the two websites you have mentioned above. Kindly check.
