    Hi Sarah,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try the following steps and see if they will help:

    1. Please update Brizy and Brizy Pro to the most recent versions - https://prnt.sc/4-1fPJTg0e5Q
    2. Check that you have PHP version 8 or higher on your server.
    3. Also, try using another browser and see if this makes any difference.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Ariel, I have done all 3 points you stated below, and it is still not working… nothing in the saved pp-ups? I have quite a few places to add it, so don’t want to have to manually edit every time, any suggestions? Thank you Peak Media Marketing T - 01629 258772 www.peakmediamarketing.co.uk Follow Us: @peakmediamarketinguk

    Hi Sarah,

Thank you for keeping in touch.

We have released a new update today (Brizy Version 2.4.24 and Brizy Pro Version 2.4.23), could you please check if this resolves the issue?

Otherwise,  this is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Could you please provide us with the WordPress credentials, so we can look into this issue further?

Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io

Please make a full backup of your website as a precaution.

Meanwhile, this could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or your theme.

You can identify the conflicting software by:

    1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
    2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
