Brizy not loading

Hi,

I am having issues with my Brizy builder in WP. I just get the spinning loading sign, and couldn't get into the builder site.

I tried almost all the recommendations in the forum, but still no luck.

I would appreciate help on how to fix this.

  Thank you for your cooperation.

  I've gone through most of the pages, but I'm not able to replicate the problem you've described. It appears that I can edit most of the pages, as shown in this screencast - https://youtu.be/Yl5Vd-JJVag
  Are there specific pages where you're experiencing issues?

  I'd also suggest trying to edit your pages using a different browser or even a different computer to see if that changes anything.

  Hi Ariel, Thank you for taking time to inspect my website. After I hit the send button awhile back, I was having the loading issue. Then I cleared the cache and I was able to access the page builder. I figured that the loading issue/error came up after I updated a particular plug-in. The other issue I had was, I encountered downtime on updating the posts/pages after I made an edit. Not sure what was happening but I definitely tried working on both chrome and safari when I came across these kinds of problems. I am going to continue monitoring these issues, and let you know if I hit up on something again.
