I cannot use the letter 'ü' in certain blocks on my website

For some reason, I cannot use the letter 'ü' in certain blocks on my website. I've been able to use this letter before; I've created global blocks where the letter 'ü' exists without issues. However, when I attempt to use it in text or elsewhere now, I encounter an error message.

I've also tested it on other managed pages, but the issue doesn't arise there.

I use WP version 6.4.2 and Brizy Pro 2.4.33. Theme Brizy Starter
