Brizy Pro Plug In not found

Hello, 

I downloaded the latest version of Brizy Pro and I see that the plugin was added to my WP dashboard under Plugins. However, it is saying that the plugin is not found. I included screenshots below. What do I need to do to have this issue resolved. Please advise.

    Meanwhile, please try the following steps and see if this will help:

    1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.

    Hello Ariel, I was able to get a promotion with my WordPress subscription that I did not know was available until I was trying to see why the program was not working. So I added the Brizy Pro to my WordPress subscription and it was for an annual subscription that includes Brizy Pro. I just signed up for Brizy Pro on Sunday, June 4, 2023 and paid the $7.00 for the monthly membership. However, I canceled the membership yesterday after I discovered that it was included in my WordPress Subscription as a promotion. Is there a way that I can get refunded the $7.00 since I didn't even get to use the service due to the error? When I accepted the Brizy Pro promotion with my WordPress subscription, it worked just fine for me and I didn't have any issues. I'm wondering if that is why I had issues when I purchased the monthly subscription on my own. Is it possible to receive a refund for the $7 that I paid? Please advise. Thank you for your help.     Hello Ariel, Thank you for getting back in contact with me. In response to your email, the promotion that I signed up for was through Namecheap, I signed up for EasyWP and I signed up for a 1 year subscription. I was trying to build a website and saw that Brizy was free, but when I clicked on the option to download the free version it took me to your website and the free version plug in would not download. I ended up purchasing a monthly subscription with you all for $7.00. However, I couldn't get the plug in to work which is where my initial email came from. But then as I was reviewing my account details on Namecheap and EasyWP, I saw that Brizy Pro was an included plugin with my annual subscription. I had no idea that it was included as I was trying to build my website that night and it was late so my brain was semi-working lol. I have included a screenshot below for you to review. I would greatly appreciate it if you could issue a refund for the $7.00 that I paid for the monthly subscription. Thank you for your assistance with this.
