    Hi Itamar,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you kindly verify if you're able to reproduce the issue when all other plugins, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, are disabled? It's possible that this issue is coming from a conflict with another plugin. Additionally, please check the current version of PHP and consider updating it to PHP version 8.0 or higher.  You can check the PHP version running on your site by following the steps in this link - https://imgur.com/ggUXpwG

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thanks for your feedback, I apologize for not clarifying earlier. I first encountered this glitch on a new site that only has Brizy PRO and free along side blocksy theme. the php version is 8.2 and the host is hostinger.
After I came across this on the new site, I went to check other sites and in all of them it is not possible to open a new section. Its very hard to reproduce the issue right now because in every website I try to edit with brizy Its the issue is allready exists. I also try to downgrade to minor version of brizy with out any success.

    Hi Itamar,

    Thank you for the update.

I have WordPress installed on my local test environment, but I'm unable to replicate the issue. Can you please grant us temporary access to one of your websites so that we can investigate further? I also remember encountering a similar incident earlier.  Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io.
We would prefer to work on a staging site, but if it's a production site, please make a complete backup of your site as a precautionary measure.

    Hi Ariel,
please help me here, I can't continue use brizy in any hosting provider I try local environment nothing.
In the chrome console I can see a problem that brizy editor try to get meta.json and faild.
Try 4 different hosting providers same issue.

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT     https://e-t-cloud.b-cdn.net/1.3.0/kits/meta.json

Again it is currently in every WordPress installation both locally and on hosts.
Out of desperation I tried to access the servers from another network and also from other computers.
I tried to downgrade versions for Brizy and Warpress and that didn't help either.

    Hi Itamar,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I've been able to access your website and made some changes to the test page. However, I couldn't replicate the issue as described. This is demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/OxKSalU3ExQ

To resolve this issue from your side, I'd suggest clearing your browser cache or try using a different browser to see if it makes a difference. If there's any security software running in the background, consider temporarily turning it off to see if it changes anything.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Ok so after try everything I just change my DNS on my pc to Cloudflare DNS and now its work.
    I used:

    1.1.1.1
    1.0.0.1

Now I can access the editor normally.

Thanks Ariel for your aid you made me realize that something was wrong on my end.

    Hi Itamar,

I appreciate you sharing your solution. I'll include the step of changing the DNS server as an additional troubleshooting step for similar problems.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
