Stuck in loading mode

I'm trying to edit my home page with brizy but it gets stuck in loading screen. could you please help me?

Please try the following steps and see if this will help:
1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.
3. Also, try raising the PHP memory limit to at least 256MB or higher.

I did everything you asked me to and it didn't work, so yesterday I sent you all the information with username and password but I haven't heard anything from you yet. Could you please help me? I need to edit my site!!!

Could you try these and see if they help?
- Sign in to your WordPress Dashboard from a private (incognito) window of your browser
- Use an alternate browser to sign into your WordPress Dashboard.
- Try a different computer
