Button Issue

Kia Ora, 

 

I am having an issue when I go into create a new button in Wordpress with the Brizy Plugin It shows the following error message. 

 

"An error happened when trying to display this element. You can open an issue or remove this element"

 

Please help urgently.

  Hi Logan,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please try the following steps and see if this will help:

  1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.

  2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.

  3. If by any chance you have embedded custom code on your pages, please try to temporarily remove it and see if this makes any difference.

  4. Also check that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro: https://prnt.sc/v5TnDg0cGiiC

  If all the above didn't help, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io
