Problem with my account

I have a Pro plan (Agency) but it keeps showing that I have a free plan so I can't use some of the options, why are there problems with your service all the time lately....

ok, I see I have these options, but last month I had all Pro projects and now they have changed to Free, does this change anything, and do I have to change the pages to pro, do the forms correctly send contact details to email or via zapier if they are marked free?
I have quite a few pages from my clients, and I can't afford to have problems, why are you making this change?0 -
what is this, this is some kind of error, despite having an agency plan I cannot activate the PRO templates, what is going on with this brizy.... I have been a customer for many years and I am slowly getting discouraged with your service....

The Agency Cloud plan you have purchased on Dec 4, 2023 gives you access to 10 Pro websites and unlimited Free websites as per the pricing plans here https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud. Currently all your projects are Free.
Ideally you should have access to 10 PRO projects as per your subscription plan. However as per the account notification you have shared above, you are allowed 14 PRO websites and not just 10. Please use the 'Activate' button in the above screenshot to upgrade 14 of your Free projects to PRO.
When you say "despite having an agency plan I cannot activate the PRO templates" what exactly do you mean? Please get back to us with more details of the problem you are encountering.
