    Hi Lucas,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I have encountered the same issue with editing pages from my location. It seems that the problem is not related to the location but rather something else, possibly related to the server.

To troubleshoot this further, could you please check cPanel and see if you can temporarily disable ModSecurity? This will help us determine if ModSecurity is causing the issue. Additionally, updating PHP from version 7.4 to PHP v8.0 or higher might also resolve the problem.

If the issue persists, it would be helpful if you could provide us with temporary access to FTP or cPanel. This will allow us to conduct a more thorough investigation.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

    Thanks for the feedback,

I have updated to PHP 8.3 ... any chance you could see if I need to troubleshoot further ... if you are still seeing the problem? (this was something I could never replicated ... was in a different country issue ... r u still seeing the issue?

    Thanks,

    Hi Lucas,

    Thank you for the update.

I'm still having trouble editing the pages on my side. Did you try turning off ModSecurity in cPanel as well?
If that didn't help, could you also give us temporary access to cPanel? If it's possible, please send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io. Don't forget to include the ticket reference (15632868702866) in the subject line of your email.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

We figured out the issue ... the plugin password protected caused the issue and needs to be disabled to do any editing ... not sure if you have any recommendations for password protecting a site that will not interfere with Brizy Editing ... thanks for the support

    Hi Lucas,

I'm glad that you found what is causing the issue.  I am not aware of a similar plugin, however you can password protect your root directory in cPanel following the steps on this link: https://www.liquidweb.com/kb/how-to-password-protect-a-directory-in-cpanel/

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
