Hi,

Our license is set to expire in February 2024. We've been utilizing Brizy for the past two years and are interested in upgrading to a lifetime subscription. Although we were in contact with the team regarding the extension of a lifetime license, there has been a communication delay, and we are uncertain if the offer is still available as the Black Friday sale is still on.

Also, can we renew or upgrade the subscription in advance?

    Hi Devashish,

    The Back Friday deal is no more available.  

    Your Agency WP plan is scheduled to expire on February 18, 2024 since you have canceled its renewal on March 13, 2023. Upgrading is not possible since the plan has been canceled.

    Instead, you can use a new email account to purchase the current Agency plan, which is available at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress, sometime in January 2024, recreate the 13 Brizy PRO license keys, and add it to various projects. You will have time until February 18, 2024, when the current licenses expire, to replace all of your Brizy Pro licenses.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for the mail. Yes, we went for the cancellation because we wanted to upgrade to the lifetime license. There has been some delay from our side, I am sure there must be some provision where we can upgrade our current license, and sure as an exception we were given a chance to upgrade to a lifetime license as we have been associated with Brizy for a long time.

    I hope your company will consider this and provide us with a hassle-free solution.

    Hi Devashish,

    Unfortunately, we no longer offer lifetime plans. Kindly purchase one of our current monthly or annual plans. Please use a fresh email address to purchase a Freelancer/Agency plan, as I had previously mentioned. Before your current subscription expires, you can recreate the 13 Brizy PRO license keys and add them to different projects.

    Hi George,

    Our license is set to expire on February 16th, 2024. We're interested in renewing it, but we're encountering difficulties in the process. We can not find the payment page, page can not be found(Image attached)  Could you provide assistance to ensure we don't encounter any issues?

    Also, we have this query, if we take a new subscription and regenerate the new keys for our websites, will it affect our data/templates created on the Brizy.

    Hi Devashish,

    Renewing an active subscription is possible. It is not possible to renew your Agency WP subscription since it has been canceled and is scheduled to expire tomorrow.

    Please use a different email address to purchase one of our current plans. To modify the Pro features, you require a Brizy Pro license. Not having a license solely impacts your ability to update the Pro features; the website frontend and any data or templates made with Brizy will remain unaffected.
