Not able to renew my subscriptions

Hi,

when I click on the payment link it takes me to upgrade for $468.08, while as we would like to continue with our previous plan which is Agency plan for $199. But somehow i am not able to select my plan and make payment.

And if we take a lifetime plan, how can we upgrade that and what will be the actual cost including taxes and all.

  Sorry for the late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  You do not need to renew the subscription because the recurring for your plan is activated and the payment will be done automatically. To be sure that the payment will be made automatically, please update the payment method here.

  Hi Nelea,

  How do I switch to lifetime subscription and why does the renewal cost show $398.43 when I click on upgrade subscription?

  Please confirm ASAP. Our subscription ends today and we don not want to interrupt the website operations due to this.
