    Hi Matthias,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try the following steps and see if this will help:

    1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
    2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.
    3. If by any chance, you have any embedded code on the template, try to temporarily remove it and see if this makes any difference.

If all the above didn't help, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can further check the issue. Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hi Matthias,

I appreciate the update you provided.

Kindly consider adding the same credentials to the staging site as well. I would prefer working on the staging site until we can identify the root cause of the problem on the live site.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Matthias,

I am following up on the issue you recently reported. In my previous message, I requested that you create identical login credentials for your staging website as well. Since your production site has more than 20 active plugins, it would be preferable to work on the staging site first. This will help us figure out the root cause of the problem and avoid possible interruptions to your live site.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
