Error - too many redirects for synced site

I'm getting this error after making a page update. How do I fix it? I've tried htaccess, deleted var and cache, removed files and added again. Nothing works.

It is redirecting from the main domain to the install_step_1 over and over.

I've also completely cloned the project to a new one and that doesn't fix it. There is nothing on the hosting end that is causing the issue.

  Hi David,

  I apologize for any inconvenience caused. In my previous response, I mentioned that we are currently working on updating Sync to address the existing issues, and it may take us some more time to resolve the issue. In the meantime, I have created a private ticket specifically for this issue. My supervisor may request your FTP credentials so that they can access your server and assist you in syncing your website.  Please expect a reply from her shortly.

  I get the same message after deleting my entire site and disconnected server sync from Brizy. Then started all over again from scratch. But after I still get the same error message 'ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS'.
  
  Then I put everything in a separate folder, but with the same result.
  
  After spending a lot of time I decided to export plain HTML and upload that for the time being. So for now, my website https://kerstzanger.nl is reachable again ...
  
  I  hope this is top priority, because I agree with David Hurley in the other thread (https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/15409131867922-ERR-TOO-MANY-REDIRECTS-After-site-update-Brizy-Cloud-Sync) that Server Sync is the reason for using Brizy.
  
  Without Server Sync working properly it is a lot of work to keep a website up-to-date.

  I'm glad you were able to get your website back online by exporting it as plain HTML. Our developers are currently working on fixing the sync feature to address the issues. It may take some time, but rest assured, this is one of our top priority.
