    Please provide the Brizy page URL that you wanted to publish via sync, and the domain name.
    We also noticed some issues in the rewrite rules in your .htaccess file on your server, which can be corrected if we have the above details.

    We can try to sync it again once we have the above information.

    done, I sent all you need in link yesterday

    I've changed the folder permission to 750, 755 or 777 but there is no difference.

    It's not the permissions, but the directives found in the .htaccess file that needs to be corrected.

    Unfortunately, we only have the FTP details, we don't have the domain name or specific workspace in your account that you're trying to sync, so we can try it from our end.
