The design of my store is not seen on the website, but it is within Brizy.... Something similar had already happened recently. On that occasion the products stopped appearing on the home page. By the time support reviewed the case the "error" had already disappeared on its own.... What is happening?
My store and products can disappear out of nowhere for no reason. I haven't modified anything on those pages in the last few days. I already tried creating another template in my store again, from the Brizy templates, but the problem continues... And it couldn't fail on a better date than Black Friday... Could you please help me? TThis is starting to be annoying and I lose money due to these "errors" that occur randomly

Have you attempted to resolve the issue by temporarily switching to another theme? If not, please give this step a try and inform me of the outcome.
If the problem still persists, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin credentials, so we can inspect your site. You can add us as an Admin user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:
