    Hi Paul,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is something we would like to investigate from your dashboard. Kindly share the WordPress credentials with us, so we can take a closer look into this issue.

Please add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please make a full backup of your website as a precaution.

In the meantime, this issue might be coming from a compatibility issue between Brizy and either a plugin or your theme.

Please consider trying the following steps and observing whether they offer a solution:

    1. Deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the issue is resolved.
    2. Temporarily switch to another theme and observe if the problem persists.

In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro - https://imgur.com/V2Kfbok

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Paul,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

On your homepage, you should have access to the display conditions in both the header and footer areas. Upon inspection, we found that the Brizy Templates are included multiple times under display conditions - https://i.imgur.com/XRoTVuD.jpg

Could you please review this and remove all duplicates, leaving only one instance?  Considering this is a live site, we are cautious about directly making these changes, so please try this at your end.

After rectifying the display conditions, please return to the posts template and check if this resolves the issue. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
