    Hi,

Hi I just send the login details, we don't use a caching plugin yet.
The template with the problem is: Product – CNF – Single — Brizy Template

    Hi,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We managed to resolve this issue by saving the template as a layout and importing it into a new template.
It appears that the problem you faced is a glitch with global blocks. To prevent similar issues in the future, please ensure to remove all display conditions before permanently deleting a global block
This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/GAdL6ZnWzc0

You'll find that the global block is no longer visible on this page: https://mystifying-dijkstra.185-158-196-68.plesk.page/products/exxfire-750-cnf/

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
