COUNTDOWN TIMER

When I try to set my countdown timer, my options are severely limited. I am unable to Select the correct time, I am unable to select my time zone (Central).

How do I remedy this???

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I assume that you're referring to UTC -6 / Central Standard Time (CST)
    In this case, please select -6:00 (Chicago, Dallas) in the dropdown.

    Thank you for your response.

    My problem is, the dropdown menu does not work for me in ANY of the categories.
    The Time Zone dropdown only allows me to choose -11:00, -10.00, -9:00, -8:00, or -7:00
    The Time dropdown only allows me to choose 10 am, 1 am, 2 am, 3 am, or 4 am
    The Minutes dropdown only allows me to choose 00 m, 10 m, 20 m, 30 m, or 40 m
    Is there something I'm missing?

    Thank you for the update.

    Could you please try the countdown timer on a separate page without any other content and see if it works? If it works, you might have an embedded code on this page that is interfering with the countdown timer.

    Otherwise, please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin login details, so we can inspect your site.  Add us as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to:  communitysupport@brizy.io

    Thank you for the update.

    Unfortunately, the provided credentials are not valid. Please change them, so we can look at your site.

    Meanwhile, since the countdown timer works fine on a separate page, the likely cause of this issue is due to an embedded script somewhere on the affected page which is causing a conflict.  You may need to temporarily remove it, so you can update the countdown timer, or you may reach out to the developers of the custom code, so they can help you modify it to work with Brizy.

    I have checked for updates on Safari and Chrome. Both are up to date. Neither will allow me to use the Countdown Timer. I have tried to use another computer (MacBook Air) with the same negative results. Sadly, I fear I’m going to have to remove the timer from our website.     I can also reproduce this issue at my end on Safari and Chrome.

    I just updated my Firefox browser
    I was finally able to get the timer to work using Firefox.
