icons hover color changed, but keep showing old color.

I recently set blocks as my theme, before I has brizy strater, once I changed it the icons hovers wont change color even though they are set on other colors. not sure how to fix it. 

 

can preview in main header here: 

red icon check are set to hover on red, but stay blue

  Hi Edgar,

  Please try setting the opacity to 99% for the hover color and see if that makes a difference.

  hello, yes the hover star icon is set to red, but through out the entire site all icons automatically change to blue when I hover, even though the color is set red. I have tried many things, purged cache, add new elements etc.

  Seems like these colors are set in the blocks customization panel, so I guess that overrides what is set in brizy?

  prior I mean to say in the blocksy theme customization the colors re set differenlty and may be overriding the brizy hover state on icons? not sure.

  Hi Edgar,

  I have fixed the icon hover issue by setting the opacity value to 99% as I had suggested in my previous comment. Please check.

  oh sorry I overlooked this and set to 100% - why does changing to 99% correct the issue? thanks

  There are situations when the hover color does not take effect when the opacity is set to 100%. When it is set to 99%, the hover color is applied.

  This issue does not happen at my end. If you change your theme to Blocksy, you could probably fix this issue. We do not recommend the Brizy Starer theme since it is not being maintained.
