    Hi Robert,

The scrollbar issue with the gallery element within a popup appears fixed at my end. Please have a look at this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/tiQydQZi

Can you please confirm that you are using these versions of Brizy?

If you are experiencing this issue with the above versions of Brizy, we will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to investigate it.

    Hi Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to make the screencast.

I attempted to replicate the issue as described, but I couldn't reproduce it on my end.
This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/fApljTmBfCk

It's possible that this issue is related to your display resolution. Could you please try increasing the display resolution on your computer? You can follow these instructions depending on your operating system:

For Mac users, please follow the steps provided in this link: - https://youtu.be/7v5vh6pWre8
If you are using Windows, you can find guidance here - https://youtu.be/GrdCDm-W7Ts

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thanks for the quick reply..... I think you are onto something....sort of!

What I have noticed is that I am using a laptop and in my display settings for screen resolution Windows likes to set a default zoom of 125% (recommended setting) @ 1920 * 1080.

When I adjusted this to 100% which made my screen have much more resolution and real estate is did indeed temporarily fix the problem.

    Howerver....

I added a few more images into the gallery (there must be a critical amount to trigger the fault - screen resolution dependant) and now the fault is most defintely back!

Can I ask you to please log in to my website again with the credentials I provided and test it again?

Im sure that the fault will appear your end too now.

    Many thanks,

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

    Thank you for the update.

Although I'm still unable to replicate this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Hold down the CTRL key and scroll the mouse wheel backward to reduce the page zoom to at least 80% or lower, and then attempt the action again to see if it resolves the problem.
    2. Alternatively, access your browser settings, navigate to the "Appearance" section, and reduce the page zoom to 80% - https://imgur.com/2rmFsRp
    3. To return to the normal view, simply press CTRL + 0, or revisit your browser settings and reset it to 100%.

Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi again Ariel,

Yes that does fix it at 80%...so I added even more images...and this is exactly the core of the problem...the more images I add...the further and further I have to zoom out in order to get the control element to display correctly.

Please try again your end now I have added even more images. Especially set your display to a standard 1920*1080 resolution and you will see the issue.

I shouldn't be having to zoom in and out in order to edit the website...so I do believe this is a valid fault.

    Hi Rob,

I understand your point; I have a 2k resolution display, so I didn't immediately notice the issue.

I will check this with our developers and get back to you as soon as I have an update.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Ah brilliant - I'm pleased I could get the fault to replicate your end with your very fancy display!

There is a secondard issue connected here (which would actually help) and that is of the curiously displaying scrollbar issue.

You'll notice that a secondary right-hand-side scroll bar appears ONLY after adding an image to the gallery.

Could you report this too please?
